• French Kiss

• 30 ml Tanqueray no.10

• 15 ml Cocchi Americano

• 15 ml Champagne Cordial*

• 60 ml London Essence Indian Tonic

• Edible Golden Color
   
   Technique: Stir

• *Champagne cordial

• 700 g Flat Leftover Champagne

• 300 g White Sugar

• 20 g Tartaric Acid

• 10 g Citric Acid

• 2 g Vanilla

  
   Combine ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, allow to cool and filter through a cheesecloth.
