Mirror Hospitality Expo 2026: Bratislava to Become a Global Hub of Bar and Gastronomy Excellence Again

Bratislava, February 5, 2026 – Mirror Hospitality Expo, a prestigious Central European bar show, returns to the historic premises of the Radisson Blu Carlton Hotel in the heart of Bratislava. With its fourth edition taking place on May 4–5, 2026, the event once again pushes the boundaries of hospitality by connecting global trends with local talent.

World-Class Excellence in the Heart of Europe

The event is organized by the proven visionary trio — Stanislav Harciník, Peter Marcina and Adrián Chrzan — in close collaboration with Bratislava’s Mirror Bar, currently ranked No. 25 in The World’s 50 Best Bars.

This year the Expo will host more than 30 top bars from around the world. Visitors can look forward to names and projects such as:

  • Eddie Rudzinskas — Cocktails For You (Ireland)

  • Adrian Michalčík — About Contrasts (Oslo)

  • Philip Bischoff — BKK Social Club (Bangkok)

  • Hampus Thunholm — (Stockholm)

  • Lukas Kaufmann — 28 Hong Kong Street (Singapore)

  • Katalin Bene — Blend & Bond (Geneva)

More Than a Show: Education & Guest Shifts

In addition to two main days filled with masterclasses, seminars and discussions (May 4–5), Bratislava will transform into a cocktail city.
Mirror Cocktail Week will run from May 3–7, 2026.

During these evenings, exclusive guest shifts by international bartenders will take place at Mirror Bar, giving the public the opportunity to experience world-class mixology live.

An essential part of the Expo is the popular Market — a global showcase of flavours — featuring the best local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic brands. Visitors will enjoy:

  • guided tastings of premium beverages

  • original cocktails reflecting current global trends

  • new products and hospitality technologies

The event will also feature a significant collaboration with the global educational platform The Cocktail Balance, hosting its own dedicated education room with an intensive masterclass programme focused on the craft and technical aspects of professional bartending.

Revolutionary Partnership with Gault&Millau

This year introduces a major collaboration with the international gastronomic guide Gault&Millau.

The culinary section will present:

  • top chefs from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary

  • steak and street-food concepts

  • pairing dinners matched with wine and cocktails

Guests will include Roman Kóň (Mäso od Romana — POP of the Year 2025) and award-winning Chef of Tomorrow Lukáš Heuser from Restaurant Origin, also recognised by The Best Chef Awards.

Four Pillars of the Experience

Mirror Hospitality Expo 2026 remains faithful to its pillars:

  • Connect

  • Educate

  • Taste

  • Discover

The limited capacity ensures an intimate atmosphere and direct interaction with speakers and guests of the highest international calibre.

Bartender’s Choice Awards

A historic moment for Central and Eastern Europe.

A major highlight of the programme will be the official launch of the prestigious Bartender’s Choice Awards (BCA) for the Central & Eastern European region. The awards will open for six countries for the first time:

  • Slovakia

  • Czech Republic

  • Poland

  • Hungary

  • Serbia

  • Croatia

The official launch ceremony will take place on May 6, 2026 during the closing ceremony. Bratislava will thus become the starting point of a new chapter in professional recognition of bartending craft in the region.
