Mirror’s Bartenders Summit
The Slovak bar scene is about to experience something truly special. Mirror’s Bartenders Summit will bring some of the world’s best bars to Slovakia, combining them with our nature, gastronomy, and hospitality.
From September 9–12, guests from across the globe will embark on a journey that begins in the heart of the High Tatrasand concludes in Bratislava. The program includes an iconic hike from Štrbské Pleso to Popradské Pleso, a stay at the legendary Grand Hotel Kempinski, an immersion into traditional food and culture, a visit to Tatra Tea and the herb farm in Východná, and a remarkable tasting dinner at Gašperov Mlyn. This summit is not only about bars – it’s about the full experience of Slovakia.
The highlight arrives on September 11, when Mirror Bar Bratislava hosts both a panel discussion and a night of guest shifts.
Panel Discussion – Inspiration from the very best
In the afternoon, the stage opens for dialogue. The panel discussion will bring stories and insights from people who today stand at the forefront of global mixology. It’s a rare chance to see how the minds behind World’s Best Bar, Best International Cocktail Bar, and World’s Best Menu think about their craft. For the Slovak community, it’s an opportunity to learn, to be inspired, and to become part of the global conversation on the future of bar culture.
Guest Shifts – The world’s leading bars behind one counter
In the evening, Mirror Bar transforms into a stage where the world meets in a glass. Guests will experience pop-up shifts from:
Alquimico (Cartagena) – awarded World’s Best Bar Team and World’s Most Sustainable Bar.
Bar Us (Bangkok) – among the Top 5 Bars in Asia and a constant presence in the World’s 50 Best Bars.
Line (Athens) – named Best International Cocktail Bar and ranked in the Top 10 World’s Best Bars.
Lyaness (London) – a legend with titles including World’s Best Bar and World’s Best Menu.
Each of them will bring a piece of their culture, their signature cocktails, and their unique atmosphere to Bratislava.
